Bribery! At least I'm betting.. I mean.. every fucking lawsuit that comes against them (unless by the government itself) seems to go well for them when they are clearly stealing shit lol.. like the old Apple vs Microsoft lawsuit a long time ago.. clearly Microsoft stole a lot of intellectual property stuff from Apple.. ah well... one of the top 10 richest game companies in the world, if people don't believe there's bribery, they are naive :P

I don't see what that information says about bribery or anything like that.

They didn't even actually dismiss all of the patent infringements. 13/15 is a lot but not all of them. If MS was paying someone off why wouldn't they drop all 15?

But hey, everyone loves to hate on Microsoft right? Welcome back to 1995?

ya I really do :3

and no I don't hate everything, I have a strong dislike for things but M$ is something I truly hate.. and I'm making the assumption there is bribery, true, but I can't think of a time another company suing M$ ever won against them.. and not have it turned around later if they had won. To believe that they aren't doing something to get themselves off, even if a bit, would be naive I'd say. M$ is a greedy business after all... it wouldn't surprise me that they are buying off people left and right.. I know other companies do lol... ones even smaller than them so to think M$ got this far on sheer legitimate things alone would be completely foolish thinking.

Microsoft... is a business. And businesses will sometimes do whatever it takes to cover their asses. Microsoft is not exclusive just because you hate it.

Those are some companies/organizations/what have you that have sued Microsoft and won. There's probably more. Your "they never lose their cases" argument no longer holds water.
