Don't do BCNMs with Mikezon (ranger/warrior), when it was my orb, after the fight, he disbanded, and opened the chest and logs out. The next day he claims it was his brother playing and he would send me my scroll of Utsusemi: Ni. Two days have passed and he said his brother doesn't have it. So FUCK YOU Mikezon. Sell that scroll so you can buy some Scorpion Arrows instead of the Iron ones you use bitch.

For the most part, but they seem to be all over people ripping each other off, so they might do somthing
 
Nope, my party called a GM on him, they said they couldn't do anything since we invited him, thats what i thought they would say so i didn't even bother to call.
 
I don't do "your orb your drop" and I only bcnm/ksnm inside LS. That sucks, sry you lost a good amout of cash.

Yep the way I look at it you got taught a lesson that you needed to learn anyway. Never trust anyone that you don't know. You are never safe from getting screwed even from someone inside your LS *cough* TN *cough*
 
I love how it's always someone's "brother" that does shit like this. Well you know what, here's what I feel about it: If you let your "brother" get away with that sort of shit while playing your toon, then your asshole level is equal to theirs. If said brother even exists to begin with. :roll:

But yeah, rule of thumb is don't BCNM with people you don't know, or at the least don't have references for. You may get lucky and find that one honest person. Or you might have someone who sees an asston of gil and no immediate repercussions for ganking it.
 
The safe thing to do is have leader pass lead to you before using your orb. That way if he lots, you boot him from party.

The OP said he disbanded and then opened the chest, so that wouldn't do anything, since he didn't lot.

ok this is terrible, drunk you understood what happened the other day, now you come here to flame me and completely change your attitude. dont get pissed at me because u didnt get your scroll, i didnt do anything at all

IT was not me playing at the time, ask any of the other original party members. I left a few steps before the BC.

it was a family issue, involving a hospital visit. so i kindly asked my brother to stop playing D2 for a little bit, and do the BCNM runs, 1 because i wanted my drops and 2 because i didnt want you guys to have to find a replacement.

btw, ask Aceofclubs or Aceofspades if you choose to believe drunk and never party with me again. they were both there and they know what really happened. i have been talking to them the past few days.

if anyone has ever partied with me before, they have not seen problems, im not that type of person.

when i logged on my char in the morning, i was at the bastok mailbox by the AH. yes my brother stole the items. no i will not post his name, simply because he is my bro, however i cant stop drunk or the aces from posting his name, so have fun with that.

lastly, the first person to send me a tell was aceofclubs. i then found out what had happened, and felt horrible. i offered all of my drops, or all of my drops from the next BC, so my rep would remain the same. drunk said he would only take Ni if it dropped, but now that hes being an asshole, he can piss off.

im very disappointed in you drunk, we have partied before, no idea why u had the sudden change of attitude. dont try to flame me without telling the true story.

sry i didnt see this....making fun of me for using iron arrows, heres a thought. fuck you. i chose to save my gil for quests and such, so i have been paying 8gil/arrow at a Jeuno vendor i returned to FFXI on 5/22/05 with no gear and no items, so you cant flame if you dont know my frickin story.

Now while I agree that your situation is a grim one, how do you know he's lying? Maybe there WAS some sort of family emergency that required his attention. AND maybe his brother is a dick. You can't prove a damn thing, so stfu and take the damned peace offering. Mikezon doesn't owe you a damn thing and he offers you his drops and what do you do? You come here to cry like a bitch.

Then you take a cheap shot at his gear... weak sauce man, weak sauce.

First off, you don't have the right to be "Very disappointed" in anybody. While I can understand protecting your little bro, your char ripped of drunk. If he was my little brother, I'd beat the shit outa him for pulling shit like that on my account.

Not only do you not have the right to be "Very disappointed" in anyone, but you should bending over backwards to fix this. just send him the gil for the drops, and call it a day. I don't care if you think he's being an ass, he deserves to be pissed, and thats the bottom line.

Wait, family emergency?? Why the fuck wasn't the little brother involved? He is part of the family, and therefor a family emergancy would affect him too? Or does he not give a shit about his family?

you know what, ive already made offers that he has refused, and already beat my bros ass. i have tried to fix this, offering both current and future BCNM40 drops. but drunk chose to flame me instead, if i had the 700k i would have sent him it a few days ago after hearing the story, but now if i ever get that much he can kiss my ass. and yes i do have the right to be disappointed in him, because he is being a bitch and he made it difficult to resolve this.
