Military Harp?

So I'm leveling bard and I'm getting a little close to 33, and I'm wondering. Is the Military Harp the best to use with Finale. I've been keeping up with my stringed skill but from what I've been reading alot of people say it's kinda useless and a wind instrument will always land it better. So I was wondering if I should worry about getting the harp or save the give for something else.

Finale rarely gets resisted anyways and your probably better off casting finale with a wind because of the increased Macc instead if you are worried about resists. I assume you have one but spend the money on mary's horn (keep forever) and once you have that HQ earth and light staves for 51.

thanks for the response, So I'm assuming I use a instument with +chr for finale then.

Honestly... I dont bother... at that level it is probably a good idea. I just do it with my cornette +1.

I think I only saw 1-2 finale resist on my way to 75; you usually only see it on endgame mobs, so if it was useful I wouldn't worry about it until you're doing endgame on your bard.

Mobs still resist Finale w/ Military Harp at endgame, so I don't even bother with it. It is way overpriced, though I haven't checked in forever, and wind instruments are just better for debuffs. As previously said, your money would be better spent on Mary's Horn.
