Missing Key Items?

I am Missing my Fire Fragment for ZM-5.

I know I have it for a fact. Because I forgot to get the damn thing after the fucking fight and had to go back again. And made god damn sure I got the fucking thing.

My friend just finished collecting almost all the Whispers for her Moon Bauble, and checks her Key items only to find that she's only got the Whisper of Gales. All the other 4 she had done are gone.

Has anyone else had any other Key Items mysteriously disapear?

I had my key item for tele dem disappear...It was pretty embarrassing shouting for a tele dem and then finding I can't get there cuz I dont have keyitem anymore

Yes, SE has mentioned they are having key item problems lately. Most commonly with avatar items like forks and whispers. I haven't encountered any yet luckily. Should contact a gm about it when you can.

Happened to my friend the other day with her Teleport-Mea key item. We traveled all the way through the glacier to the 4th eldieme zone, find the ??? and nothing. She had to talk to the npc like 10 times til she finally got the item again.

from a guy that only plays like, once a week or so:

if i find any of my Key Items missing, it'll be a sure way for me to cancel my account all-together. Sad part is, i prolly wouldnt notice missing most of them, since they are rarely used, but still...

I lost ALL but 3 of my key items once... when i logged off and back on they were all back.

is it possible to lose just items as well? i am missing my walk mask. and i know i bought it. called GM they said i must have tossed it >.> and no i did not toss in fact i never toss i have more invit space then i need!!! nor did i sell
