Mistaya and I have a problem in our return to Quez :[

Well after various emails and phone calls shot back and forth, SE will not help us out with Mistaya's problem which leaves us with two options:

1. She starts over on Quez, and I get my main back
2. I start over on Hades, and she keeps her main

Obviously we will not play seperately, so a difficult choice will have to be made, and we're not sure about what to do. Guess we will have to think about it. It would help if anyone we did know offer some comments on the matter.

Long version:

Basically, we were bored and decided we would go play WoW. I quit first, she kept playing. She decided since were never coming back to hit Hades. You didn't have character restoration, so basically since I was deleted that was that. Went off to play WoW, found out WoW has an even worst endgame, got incredibly bored etc. Decided to comeback since SE seems to want its eroding playerbase back. SE doesnt have anything in its books about character transfers so thats where we are at.
 
Well... if your so content on playing together and can't decide who deletes their character, what about this as a viable option:

You both delete your mains and start a fresh on whichever server. That way you can level together and enjoy each others company.

That's a good idea. It would be an even better idea to get someone's main restored so they can farm for gear for new players.
 
I don't know you guys but >.> You could each make a new char on the server the other has the main on. That way you could both play together and keep your mains?
 
someones just gonna have to suck it up and start over :wink: :roll:

I'd get your main restored on this server. Then get your friend to make her new character. Then send ALL your money and valuable equipment to her so you have a base to start on. If you're a high level, your gear from one job alone could supply you both from Lvl 1-50+ without needing to farm. And as others said, you could level together and enjoy eachother's company. Just don't delete your good character, you can use that for farming or NM camping whenever you need to. Thats what I would do, but it comes down to what you want to do.
 
I think you guys should stay "quit" from FFXI and enjoy life =P

Not saying it wouldn't be cool to see some of our older players come back, but for your own well being.. stay away lol.
 
Are you even allowed to migrate to another server?
