well ya guess you keeping it out be nice but most cases that I use smn giving mob tp is a bad idea and don't get use it party that often. be decent for any job except garuda if using it for tp.

For Garuda upkeep I also prefer Karura Hachigane.
Garuda is also one of the few avatars I keep out to melee.

Same, since she has one of the best melee Bps dismissing her isn't as useful as it is with other Avatars. Also helps that she has Curaga IIish, Hastega and Blinkga for group events.

That was my point this head be useless for garuda because going use karu h for tp normally austere or af2 for bp and af1/marduk for the actual hit. So unless you using levi or titan im not seeing where crit/haste would help.

mainly what i was thinking was using it while duoing with carby(with the -10%dmg and regen), considering generally, I can keep my mp up for quite a while, but the only thing that kills me is carby's hp going down quicker than healing ruby2 can cure.

Like you guys said, i have garuda headband on most of the time. right now, i have my phys pact macrod with af2horn, but the prospect of garuda switching between the headband and the hat with -3delay/+3crit sounds like a pretty sexy garuda to me.

Well judging by my seat'omipants'ometer, going with haste and more crit wasn't half bad. For me, the silly moon hat replaces my af+1 horn as a default. AF2 and Garuda headband overwriting as needed of course.

Watching Shiva crit a few times, double attack, and then "oh wow, 100%TP already!?", Heavenly Strike on Yagados is pretty fun in campaign. Shoo her away, spam healing ruby II a few times, and I'm left grinning the whole time...

So, between the two add-ons, my avatars are getting haste+5, crit+5 (6 if I swap in af2), and double attack. And -prep for me. ...I can live with that. I wonder what the Shantotto add-on will give us.
