I say stick with T.M hooks +2 till you can get Destroyers.

i used spartans till i got destroyers. until then i used tm hooks +1

I also used Spartans but T.M hooks +2 are just as good.

im not sure of the price range of the 2 but if they are the same range i would go with spartans myself. but yeah the hooks look good also.

I loved my Vishnu's, wore them all the way to destroyers. You'll hit for a little less than a normal monk, but you will be hitting for much faster at that level; since most weapons that level are +96 delay, so the total damage dealt averages out to about the same. Spartans, TM+2 or vishnu's, any of them are really good weapons but not nearly broken enough to compare to destroyers.

i used TM hooks+2 til 58, then got Spartans, used til 69, currently using Avengers, got Destroyers at 73.

i went spartans > destroyers. spartans were pretty badass to me
