Now, to answer Trist's question -- I believe there was something in the Flameboard rules that made reference to "kill you in game" not the same as "kill you irl" which would probably easily apply to the quote you gave.

In this case regarding you, it's more about maintaining your friendship as opposed to being fair to all, when your friend seeks you out to finish what he started. Not your modding abilities. on a side note i did agree with Jamal cause I see what he was talking about, but let's not talk about Jamal.

We were once cool Arc, then your friend Tristam spazes out at me permanently and as it turns out you've been his greatest weapon against me. Seeing him wave your name in the face of someone HE'S trying to fracture is no surprise to me. As it's been for some time, when Tristam snitches on someone, it's someone he doesn't like + it's always the same mod.

Every freaking fight i had with Tristam was OUTSIDE of the flame board and not once did he get slammed for baiting. To you I'm a dumb ass, for Tristam's sake, and no other reason.

So i said Wii is for noobs. That is very true, Grandma and Grandpa love to bowl on it. The word noob is only derogatory to those who look down on new comers. I can't see how things went in our recent history is cool. Sure i may have earned my infractions, but turning a blind eye and actually treating the one who attacked me while punishing me makes things the way they are between us.

Actually I was coming for Tristam (literally, for once). Seeing him wave you around in the face of someone he's mashing up has become too common. And in him doing so does not reflect good on you, but only to those who had a taste of it. To others that can't see this, it's only a matter of belief, unless i pull out all my screen shots and links to all the bull i been through with you two. (Him baiting me, then you coming in and stomping me out and rewarding him)

It's not that your abusing your powers, I'd agree that your actions are in fact legitimate, and truly it's up to you if you want to give a person, a break even regardless if it's your friend. It's more that your friendship with Tristam is being abused by Tristam when he sicks you on someone. By all means it was not my main intention to put a mod under the looking glass, we were already warned about that, however, you further escalated this yourself by making this thread. When Tristam brought you up like that, it reminded me of our times. No matter if it's wrong or right in this late case, but in our case, Tristam should have also received an infraction. And it's not like i never tried to make things nice between us, cause when i did, he'd come back with more flame bait (OUTSIDE OF THE FLAMEBOARD mind you).

I'm sorry if you feel a certain way about it, but I dislike seeing Tristam waving you around in someones face, after all the times he attacks me and i end up getting myself in trouble by you (It's always and only you Tristam calls upon when he wants to hit someone harder than he already is) When you respond to that, and you DO, it makes you his, and not ours.

There's been one time where Arctyrael ever said anything directly about me. However, it wasn't just about me! There were others in the listing, so I'm sure that by association, they too must be using Arc as a tool to "get at their detractors".

So before I delve into the heart of the matter, I want to thank a few people that are part of the member base.

1. Marajade - Is there a nice way to say you have an attitude, but it isn't detrimental? If not, I apologize. I took your advice, and it made helping the board a lot easier. So for that, you get place #1.
2. Tristam Green - Iunno, just one of those members that brings back the nostalgia of a friendly QCDN. We slowly seem to be making a friendlier place at QCDN.
3. StanDarsh - One victim of my lovely fuck ups at QCDN. I placed too much faith in my ability to search out IP locations and screwed up in the process. Even still, I wasn't stuck on a spit and put over a fire for it. You're a good guy; more people could use your temperament here and in the everyday world.
4. Rannoch - He's friendly enough, I enjoy seeing comments from him. I enjoy coming to QCDN, which is why I haven't stepped down or left the site.
5. Miros - In dealing with some of the most assanine drama brought to QCDN, I don't know how he convinced me to ignore Jamal. He's a good friend, and would do anything to help out.

I took it to heart, but it doesn't necessarily make me and Arctyrael BFFs. In fact, our banter back and forth concerning squirrels and raccoons doesn't constitute us being the best of buds either, and it certainly doesn't quantify your claims that somehow I'm puppet-controlling the only active administrator this site has.

Now, considering that most of jyakotsu's commentary in ... the past YEAR ... has been about how shitty anyone else's Paladin is compared to his long-since retired Paladin, how people can go "fuck a tree^^", how the leaders of his former linkshell is a "fat cow", and how AWFULLY bad the moderation is on this site no matter who does it ... I'm gonna have to just say that jyak, while Anttaru might have not meant to conjure up this drama from nowhere (bullshit anyway), you definitely saw an opportunity to suck the tit of the Flameboard yet again and jumped right on in.

It doesn't really matter if you made the thread, your opinion is voiced, and its being addressed. It was deemed important enough to be split off, because there is this little thing in the flameboard guidelines that don't allow offtopic posts.

I don't exactly know what you are saying "no" to. Why wouldn't i use "we"? We rarely infractioned anyone without having at least one other opinion, even when over 90% of infractions are cut and dry.

It seems to me that you are trying to paint arc's picture in the same way people did Aud when he was on staff. It didn't work then, and it isn't going to work now.
