Mog House Upgrade #2

[Zerayla]

I've done all the mog house quests on my main character, and decided to try them on my mules. Currently my mule is in San d'Oria, which is also her home nation. Here's what i've read up on the quest

1. Need a Mahogany Bed "in" your moghouse, displayed inside.
2. Need Fame lvl 5 in your home nation
3. Must of completed previous Moghouse upgrade

So, I do have all three of the above. This was done before the weekly tally for which nation comes in first, and the moogle will not give me the second quest.

Any thoughts?

I browsed through some posts on Allakhazam regarding this quest, and while there are a lot of contradicting theories on how to trigger this, one post in particular did stand out to me: Someone had placed the bed in the Layout, then built up their fame, and never got the quest. After removing and "reinstalling" the bed, they got the quest the next week.

Don't know if that will help or not.
