Mog tools registry editor?

[Kiwi]

So I was reading around the forums a few weeks ago, and there was a topic about the mog tools thing that automatically tweaked your registry settings for the graphics for FF and I was wondering what that link was.. I don't trust myself and the registry & video card on this computer, because it's used for more than just my games.. So I don't want to kill anything by accidentally doing something I can't undo. Anyways, if you could point me in the right direction that'd be sweet.

Dunno about mog tools, but here is an easy way to do it and not screw up in the process: Improve your graphics with Registry Edits

Are you thinking of Pebbles POLutils? There is a graphics tweak in it, but not much to change. It has a number of tools to check out.
