hello well if u can read then i hope u guys know what i'm gonn say below.I don't know how to... but i'll try to convert my feelings into words.
Last night i saw a shout "Optical hat blah blah blah Nin needed reward 1000,0000 = 1 mil). That guy was 73 i think, a drg subbing whm.From what it looked like... he was japnese.Now in a few mins we had 18 people who kept asking "is it really 1 mil" "is it blah blah blah" and all he usually said was "yes".
Now after getting 17 to 18 ppl we were ready to go in the den of rancor.And yes i /tell the drg that i needed the hat first he said no but then he said ok.Inside rancor i died twice.Both times someone else got aggro and i died cuz i was helping out.(THe mages were abit far apart and were abit late to come to us).Along with that after a while we finally got to the hktk spawn.Now that guy gave 100k to everyone instead of 1 mil which they expected.And ppl were deciding to warp and all that shit but to be honest 100k was enough and thats why they agreed to fight HKtK.HKtk died in 10 to 15 mins...
When my turn came up first of all the whm who i helped several times said "i gtg" another ls mate whm said "i gtg also.Well i requested again but the gil whores never replied and left the spot.I disbanded party and walked to norg cuz i didn't feel like tele-ing with garbage.
I don't care u guys belive or not but per week i do like i dunno 20 fucking AF Nms for all those mages and melee.I did rank 4 a few times and even rank 5 several times .All i ever charded was 10k once for key help in eldieme and 20k other for an NM in davoi but i still think about giving him back his gil.Now i gotta do all those keys that i can solo now...Usually i get tells from ppl "i need blah blah blah " and unless i am in exp party or have a set time i usually go...but it took me 6 hrs to get 6 ppl who were willing to fight a forced NM in temple for my last ws quest.
Another friend doesn't respond when he feels like it.... and other friends don't do shit unless they need me for something.And they really don't ... they'll lick someone's ass who can tank shit for them or who can make them some plus 1s or hook them up with some doggy bones.
So i think that japnese dragoon subbing whm who tricked everyone was better off than me ,who wasted hrs and hrs helping ppl and all that fucking bullshit. And take my advise cuz gil matters most in this game.... if u have gil u are just fine :wink: .Just added 32 ppl to blist ... lol used to have 1 in there.

1. 1000,0000? Was he offering 10mil split 18 ways? Or was he offering 1mil split 18 ways? This confuses me. When you offer gil for help it is to be understood that any additional help will be split.

For an exmaple, I payed a LV75RDM/NIN to help me with 5-2 ages ago. I offered 100K, we all pitched in 20k each, from 5 members, later when we got rank6 our reward was 20k, so no one went home empty handed.

2. Maybe the people who left were pissed because you and some others died 2-3 times in den of rancor?

3. DRG/WHM can solo VT~IT mobs btw, still no use in a party imo.

4. What proof do you have that this DRG was JP. Could of been part of the famous Gil selling DRG group, could of been european, or could have been not much of a talker.

5. I could understand that you are upset, but if people made topics like this everytime it happened, there would be so many posts on the boards, shit like this happenes all the time.
