Hey everyone.

Anyone else get charged $2.00 for their extra characters?

I went to cancel them if they were going to cost that much and I read that they will cost $1.00 additional. Yet that's not the case for me. I also payed for them last month too. So if they're double charging me for this month. I'm gonna be a little peeved that they really can't get shit right though this kind of thing has happened before.

I have Helius (Main) Haven (Extra) Peace (Extra) They are both active and both were charged $2.00 each.

I'm not even going to bother. I'm shutting them down the last week of this month any way. I don't have much in my inventory to make it worth having a mule.

Well it's easy when you're only leveling one job to seventy five. Once I get Ninja to thirty seven. I can sell all the gear back and open up even more room. I have my Dark Knight gear, Dark AF, Beetle +1, beast coins and kindred seals and some powder/oil/food. That's it.

I think SE's billing has been having a lot of problems like this lately. A friend of mine was charged twice this month. There's probably no point in fighting it, even if it was a larger charge anyways, because they don't seem to want to give back money they charge people, even if they were wrong. A friend of mine is still trying to get a refund on a server transfer charge, or something, that happened when his account was stolen, before SE recovered it for him. And apparently SE's customer service people were pretty rude to him when he called about being overcharged and the lack of the promised refund.
