mine was a battering ram once, it was huge. it was a year or so ago, and i know you have to move some files around. sorry for the useless post, i dont remember how to do it (but keep battering ram in mind)

Get model viewer. Find the moogle npc, switch out it's file for whatever npc you want.

Mine's the Dark Dragon from the mission 2-3 battle :lol:

I forget which folder the moogle file is in, but I think it's 53.dat.

A note of warning, though: BACK UP THE ORIGINAL DAT BEFORE OVERWRITING!
