Is there a way to link the tables so let's say if I have a checkmark option clicked in one table it will automatically check it off in the other tables?

I think if you have a view that references the same field in the tables, you might could use a trigger to update those fields contained in the view on those tables.
You'd need a much more specific example than what I just gave though, but that's what it sounds like you're attempting.

Basically I have 4 forms right now. I want it so if I click one box, other boxes will be checked off in other forms. lol I fail!
