more question than flame(Quiverer)

I been playing for awhile now,but i dont think i ever ran across this before,a tie between nations and i can't find quiver the mithra or toolbag galka.
There have been ties before i know,just guess i wasn't in need of their services then.
I have chk'd both nations and zip,yes i know where they post up.
Whats got me pissed is that i have my sandy mules jacked up with product
and no wat to bundle it.and next CQ tally is 3 days away.

any help would be appreciated

You're right, the Troupe de Valeriano are nowhere to be found when a tie on 1st place happens. You're out of luck, nothing you can do but wait 'til next Conquest tally.

I tried to edit it,but didn't take
spelled way-wrong,t next to y on keyboard.fatfingered it i belive is the term.

and inserted quiver in wrong place

Translation:

I don't think I've ever ran across this situation before (and I've been playing for a while), but I can't find the quiver or toolbag NPC during a conquest tie for first place.

I realize this isn't the first conquest tie, but I guess I never needed to use those NPCs before in such a situation.

I've checked in both nations where the NPCs normally stand. What really has me pissed off is that my San d'Oria mules are all filled and I have no way of bundling stuff until the conquest tally in three days.

Any help would be appreciated.
