Mortal Kombat vs. DC (Batman vs. Sub-Zero Trailer)

[Westyle]

Just announced recently, Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe

Looks pretty cool but I would have preferred something other than DC, they're not really known for over the top violence and gore, but it does make a good parallel to Marvel vs. Street Fighter.

I think Marvel would have been more suited for this game too though. If not Marvel then another video game company/franchise. The game may turn out badass but DC's character designs don't really compliment Mortal Kombat's that well.

[Chasym]

i think the concept is completley dumb, all the gaming communites i frequent have a WTF attitude on it lol

[Negorissimo]

Although I really don't like it (because I know what the outcome of Superman vs everyone else is supposed to be), but if done right it could be a fun game. I really want to see those kryptonite and Lasso of Truth fatalities! ^^

ps - even thou Superman is invulnerable, he can't deal with magic. That can explain some fights. lol

[Calais]

I like Marvel a bit more than DC, but they already had Marvel vs Capcom. It'd be weird to switch it up to 3D and toss in MK, not to mention those crazy diehard MvC fans would freak. Either way, I think this game will be craptastically fun.

Should make a Capcom vs SNK 3 instead though <_<

[hellstorm]

Depends if it has same mechanics as DOA or MK then maybe, but if it like the old capcom games then no thanks.

[Chasym]

if your looking for blood and fatalities, THERE ARE NONE in this game. Another reason its got that dumb founded feeling to it

[Westyle]

THERE ARE NONE

I had my suspicions

[Negorissimo]

Dam, that is suck+100!

[Khajit]

no fatalities in a mortal Kombat game? That is BULLSHIT!

[Ecks]

Well damn, that totally ruins everything. Pfft

[Makelith]

Aside from all the flaws in the game as already stated (No fatalities in a MK game, wtf?), but did anyone see the chin on batman? That was nuts.

[Tok]

no fatalities in a mortal Kombat game?!

then it's not really a mortal kombat game is it?

[Pasquale]

I've always preferred DC to Marvel, but I've never been a Mortal Kombat fan. Putting the two together feels weird. I almost think Tekken would have been a better match for DC.
