would have to have been a smaller deer. a full grown deer would have done more than taken both halves of the grill. it would have taken out the whole front end and damaged the hood and probably even gone through the windshield and killed the driver ive seen aftermath of my grandmothers full size HD chevy truck. with stock suspension, it sits quite high off the ground. it took out the front corner and pushed the bumper under teh truck, quite a bit.
