I like how the person got to the end of the level finally and dies by the very tip of that flame rod. So close and yet he had to start all over again. Thats the kind of things in video games that I don't have the patience for. Knowing that you finally conquer the level and you die by something stupid and you have to do it all over again.

no, I think its isolated, because I tried looking around. Even on other sites, people ask where to get it and they have no idea.
