Withnail is a character from a movie called Withnail and I. I read somewhere that Depp portrayed Ichabod Crane like this guy, but I never saw that movie so...ehhh I guess I wouldn't be able to say if that was accurate or not.

If you want the wikipedia answer, then Angela Lansbury, Roddy McDowell and Basil Rathbone.

Only once, when he was counting to throw the holy hand grenade. The other times he just got 3 and 5 mixed up.
