Moving from PS2 to PC question

[Pascal]

I’m moving from my PS2 which only has up to CoP installed to a PC version with all 3 expansions. Because my account was created on the PS2, will I have any issues with the new expansion on my PC version using my PS2 account?

once you get to the "play" screen you just have to register the 3 expansions, in the area where you make a new Content ID

I'd say the only problem you'd encounter is that if the last place you logged was in one of the areas in the new expansion, you wouldn't be able to access your character from your PS2 since it doesnt have the expansion installed.
