lol I've seen the wow one before, its real. And the chatlog is not normally that big and he has his inventory open while staring at a wall, so no it isnt going to look great XD. WoW's interface is really customizable you can hide every button or make anything huge you want to.

The OP's one seems photoshopped but the 2nd ffxi one is funny. haha.
