multi platform info?

please add any helpful info you may have regarding using more than one system.

i currently have ffxi for all ps2, ps3, 360 and pc.

my latest issue i had was an old gamertag which was linked to my pol id on 360 was bad. i recently contacted SE to link to my new gamertag. i just called and they asked me for my pol id, name, personal info, credit card info and registration codes from the original purchased book with codes on back page.. it takes no time at all really if you have all this ahead of time. forget one thing and youre up @st@ creek though.

please let me know this: as i recently saved my macro sets while playing on ps3, will i be able to pull them up when i get my 360 on after updates? im unsure since they are different systems, but i would think thats why we can save in the first place.

as i have recently installed on pc and cant stand using the keyboard like WOW, can i buy any usb game controller for ffxi? will any work?

ps: it may now be time to make a new account and take advantage of playing
and powerleveling at same time

1) Just delete the current profile/account you have on 360 and re-input the correct information for your account and link that to your XBL account.

2) You can pull up macro's onto any system. I forget the key command though. I think that it is Shift+Ctrl+Alt+Home or some shit like that.

3) You can buy a USB controller; from what I'm told they do work. I dunno, I use the keyboard.

4) If you have time to PL an account; please also PL mine while I'm at work? lol

Yes you can buy a USB controller for the PC you may just need to download the drivers from the microsoft site and such.

You can load the macros for any system with CTR+ALT+SHIFT+R?

It's Ctrl+Alt+Shift+R and Ctrl+Alt+Shift+B. One loads, one saves, but I can't remember which. Xbox is Bumper+Stick. One side loads, the other saves. Read the box carefully when it comes up. I dunno about PS*, I don't use them.
