Does anyone have any information about the added water effect on this blade? Is it constant like Sirocco? Is it huge damage? I've checked pretty much every forum I can think of, somepage, alla, mysterytour, blue gartr, killing ifrit, and every single discussion has been about the legend with zero useful info about the blade. Tried googling it, but that will just get info about the legend as well, and trying a search with -legend excludes everything, since everyone has meantioned the legend in thier posts about the blade (like this post/thread would be excluded from the search as well. Damn you boolian logic!). So, if anyone has any info about this blade/added effect/hidden effects, it would be muchly appreciated.

It's the same as Seiryu's Sword or Indra Katars, just your basic ordinary 1% proc for 5-20 damage. It's old content, remember, from before SE started making useful additional effects. >.>
