Music mixing software

[Pasquale]

Hey hey,

I'm looking for some free music mixing software. Nothing fancy, I just need to be able to cut songs and put multiple songs together.

I'm making a Power Hour cd, and I need something to cut out minutes of songs and string them together.

Anyone know where I could download something for this?

Thanks!

best one for multiple tracks and easy editing is Cool Edit Pro 2.0
OR what its currently called after adobe bought it out,
Adobe Audition.
Its the only audio program i have used in every project i have ever done.

I bet ProTools is better, but you would probably be hard pressed to find that for free...
