Music

[jender]

Does anyone listen to music while playing FFXI? We were discussing this on my LS the other day - if so, what do you like to listen to?

Lately, I have been on a Tenacious D / The Strokes kick....when the Tenacious D "karate" song comes on, I have to grab the nearest Ninja and dance...

[Endless]

i'll listen to trance, some hip hop, and some Guilty Gear tracks when i play.

Some random examples:
4strings, Lasgo, ATB
Fonky Family (french rap) JinuSean (korean rap) or Outkast, Bone Thugs, Tupac stuffu.

[java]

i put on outkast, rolling stones and queen. those are just some of my favorites

[Zimzum]

Lets see ... I listen to alot of comedy. Geroge Carlin, Lewis Black, Rodney Dangerfield to name a few. As for music i listen to some Marilin Manson, Creed, STP, Alice N Chains, Bush.. yada yada yada.......

[ArmachiA]

I uh... listen to Japanese Pop Music... >>

(Usually hit J-fan radio and just have it playing in the background www.j-fan.com/radio >>)

Ohhhh Arma, dont make Pseulen sing J-Pop to make u feel less weird.

[Runekane]

Lots of music!

Rap: Mostly "underground" stuff... such as Aesop Rock (Bazookatooth), Cannibal Ox, Bone Thugs & Harmony are great, Mos Def (lyrical genius)...

Rock/Metal... favorites include Fear Factory, Offspring, AFI, System of a Down.

I also enjoy melowing out to several Drum and bass artists, trance, jungle, and Radiohead (everything from Pablo Honey to Insomniac)... good sleeping music ^^

[Dirgesong]

Hrmmm . . . music to FFXI by?

I listen to almost anything, but the large volume of my MP3 collection is game music (redundant no?) and a lot of Industrial/EBM/what-have-you, there's also a hefty chunk of J-Rock, Alternative, and Electronica.

The scope is to wide, if I started naming bands I'd turn this into a very long post
