Slipknot - 9.0 Live CD (just started)
Im a Maggot for life, I love slipknot. when their self titled cd came out back in the day i played it to death, and i didnt like metal back then. since then I have started to listen to some hard shit (pantera, slayer, hatebreed to touch the surface), but i havent found anything that even compares to slipknot yet. Is there anything out there that will even come close? Thanks in advance~!

There are alot of things that come close, and even surpass Slipknot. Some of them are: Metallica, Chimaira, Daath, Lamb of God, Children of Bodom, Mushroomhead, Bloodbath, Opeth, Meshuggah, Droid, Kill Syndicate, Sepultura, Soulfly, Fear Factory, Five Finger Death Punch, Disturbed, DevilDriver, Death, Black Sabbath, (Pantera Slayer and Hatebreed are all good), Static-X Rob Zombie and Rammstein are alright, uhhh...on the lighter side of things there's Tool, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Primus, Cynic, Feff, uhhhh....that's really all I can think of right now. I can throw some more names your way if you want, just tell me what you're lookin for and I can probably recommend someone. The bands I mentioned are all(well most of em) fuckin awesome though.
