My awefull Pizza Hut experience

It's stuff like this thread that make me glad i cook my family's food more often than not. Don't get me wrong i know how it is with the kid(s) and whatnot and grabbing a bite while on errands and stuff and thank god i've never had a similair experience as of yet especially seeing as how i've done the server/cook/fast-food bit.

I will say this much tho, in my experience those customer service lines are far more compliant than your average flunky restaurant manager. If you were 3 star or better i'd say fuck yea get ahold of a manager and chew some ass, but for fast food joints the worst thing you can do is make corperate show up.

Side note: I called the freaking health department on my grocery store today. You'd think they'd pay attention to things like week or better expired meat (burger) in the fucking fridge-bin thingeys, 2 week old onion dip, and week and a half expired eggs ... buncha assbags, i really don't want to start having to throw wal-mart my money but it's getting harder and harder every day. -.-

It's one thing to not like your job and do it poorly. It's another thing to put me and mine at risk because of it. When i go to a place that primarily deals in fresh food for me to take home and consume i'd figure their chief goal would be to make sure i'm coming back instead of dinning in at the godamn hospitol. -.-

I'm sorry but a dirty plate is unacceptable. Just, ew. Dirty dishes period are enough to make me want to leave. Who wants to eat off something with someone left over dried up food crap on it? I remember my crazy mother would order her food and ask for a hot glass or water just to clean the silverware when we went out, just because she didn't want us to eat off dirty dishes.

As far as the time thing, does every Pizza Hut have a 20/30 minutes or your food is free policy, or is that just my area?
