My content ID cancelled, WTF

Well this freaking suck's i wake up this morning with plans to camp Morlbolger( I have ToD from yesterday). Guess what i wake up too my dam character is disconected from POL. I try to reactivate and the dam POL server is down. Did this happen to any one else.

BTW i called my credit card company and everything is in order.
 
same happened to me and since update, i cant get on till after its done...said like 2 am my time.
 
Mugenteg was online yesterday, and every other day of the week, so he wasn't prevented from playing by Katrina. It's nice that SE did that for those who lost their homes, but he should be able to log on still.

More details will be sent to customers through both the POL mail and mail address listed in our registration database. This mail will also contain information on how to cease the Content ID suspension.
 
SE probably used a list of zip codes and counties that were in communication with the New Orleans branch of the Atlanta federal reserve bank.

I recieved the e-mail and had to reactivate even if there was minimal damage (sides the two weeks of a gas shortage) in Florida.
 
Fuck that sucks lol I know a few who live down there too who play this :o

Unless I read it wrong your ID just reactivates when you log in again after the 29th. If anyone's annoyed by a seamless reactivation they should probably seek anger management.
 
SE deactivated one of my mules for no particular reason. It doesn't surprise me, cause SE's financial department has been screwing me over since I started playing, with double charging me a main content ID, anyway I have plenty of money in my bank account, so I know for a fact that they didn't cancel my ID cause of money reasons. It just pisses me off because my mule that was canceled has most of my gear, so I can't do anything with my main char until the registeration server is back up.
 
If anyone's annoyed by a seamless reactivation they should probably seek anger management.

The impression I'm getting is it isn't such a 'seamless' of process for everyone.
 
Hmm...

Odd, but it seems my account was suspended as well. I'm not entirely sure why, as I know there's money in the account. I know there is because I deposited 20 in there yesterday to assure that my account would not be suspended due to lack of payment.

However, it did happen. Said my card was declined, etc. I've had this happen before for absolutely no reason, and after submitting my information multiple times it usually works. However, just in case...

If I'm not around for a few days you people know why ^_^b
