Well, I got my hands on the proto-types for each, I didn't get very many pictures of the PS3 because the people wouldn't let me use my camera (Wtf?) but I managed to snag a few

The graphics are simply fucking amazing.. when it was my turn to use it I was instantly suprised by the controller it is a bit better, I can't really describe how, it just feels more responsive.. its sooooooooooo coooooooooooooooool..

Now the Wii is another story... graphics look like a beefed up gamecube..
The controller, was rather small its sensor sucked - Maybe we just sucked at it but everyone that gave it a try that I saw, had a lot of trouble with it some people got the hang of it but it was kinda craptastic. The battery died pretty fast too according to one of the guys working the booth. I still enjoyed it tho, definantly worth the cash.. some pictures..

I've got some game action shots but I don't feel like uploading anymore right now - I'll do it later..


I'll answer questions about either system if anyone has any..

The Playstation 3 font looks exactly like the one used for the spider-man title. Yeah, sorry, random thought.

I have a question..

Why is the "booth babe" on the left's shirt so baggy? What a let down.

But ya, she's hot. Looks like a friend of mine :p

On another note. I hate you Odon ~.~ I wanna play too... was it easy to controll? and is PS3 controller really that similar to Wii?
 
The wii was horrible to control NO ONE got the hang of it in our line we either suck or I think we had a bad controller considering how fast it died..
 
Well, I hope it'll be easier once you learn then <.< how was the PS3 controller?

More details, I want to see if PS3 is worth getting soon as its released, or if its better to wait untill the price goes down a bit <.<;

Best to wait until around December, when they ship the rest of the units. Mostly because the starting game linup doesn't wow me, but MGS4 should be out around late 06-early 07
 
I'd wait, apperently the ones that are first getting shipped might only have 7 out of the 8 cells working

Seeing as only 4 cells still put its power above that of the 360 and Wii combined, its not going to be that noticable.
 
The two on the right are both fairly tapable. The one on the right maybe from behind she doesn't have a great face.

I'd own the Wii Remote sucking to the fact it was being used all day so I wouldn't say much to that extent.

It wasn't used all day, the expo just opened... I wouldn't have gotten to use either if I didn't get there early, fuck waiting in line..

for 600 bucks this thing better wipe my ass along with having everything working..

If I'm going to pay 750 bucks for a ps3, I want the damn thing to work right.

Also, don't forget that ps3 also has the same price as the Wii and 360 combined. lawl.

isn't it 6 out of the 8? That's what I heard, anyway.

And the problem isn't aabout PS3 working better then Wii and 360, its abotu putting PS3 to its full use. I highly doubt you could put PS3 to full use with half of them not working. Who cares if its better then Wii and 360 if you can't put it to full use?

Genesis/32x/CD lost out to SNES.

Saturns obscurity lost out to Playstation and N64.

Dreamcast buried by Playstation 2.
