My first everyday party flame

OKay this is what it was

Me - Thf
Shuzen - Rng
Vighht - Nin
Keltzy - Whm
Shadowchaos - Blm
Usiel - Drg

This took place in Crawlers Nest. Level 39-41 party.

OKay quick and simple, i'm doing this to watch out for these people. Shuzen, Keltzy, and Usiel were fine. They did their jobs great. So Vighht first. This Mithra was tanking. Usiel was gonna voke first, and he did, and then Vighht would go behind the beetle and i would go behind Vighht. BUT, Vighht wouldn't go behind it, instead she would go to the side, and just fight, pull the hate and ruin everything. This happend again and again, and i told her to stop and told her what to do. The rest of the party was getting pissed too. NOW, the blm was even worse. He would get IN FRONT OF ME and move around the beetle making it move everywhere. And then, he pulls out his CLUB AND STARTS MELEE i was like wtf. And he was meleeing more then magic!! i was like, could u not melee and can u cast magic in the back with the whm? he was like, i never do that, and i said "I can't Sata with u meleeing in there." And he was like "Funny, i was never in a party with a thf that had a problem with this. And i replyed "Funny, i was never in a party with a galkan blm ruining hate with ur club and magic running around the mob, its kind of Hilarious." the party agreed with me, and then i took off cuz the blm and nin weren't stoping.

That's my two cents, watch out for those people and don't waste your time, because they say thats what they always do.
 
I've never understood stuff like this ... How the hell do people with absolutely no fuggin clue wtf their doing make it past 10-25?

Who's allowing this to happen? :confused:
 
Just to clear this up before it gets too long. Vighht is a gilseller. Part of Krebs' group, good THF though.

hahah one of my friends in LS saw him in Kazhaam doing this (meleeing blm) and was pissed off that a party picked him over herself (she was also same lvl blm). Noobs like that need to learn how the fuck to play thier jobs
 
meleeing blm are annoying.. i mean no one wants to tell someone they are being shitty, though a lot of people do, but i think most just keep their mouths shut after offering advice the first time and thats probably how these guys get into the upper levels. mage melee = pisspoor damage and more TP for the mob, its pretty freakin' stupid. so far the only mages i've seen do this are Mrdvb and some whitemage i can't remember but he wouldn't /heal so he could save TP!
 
You should have SATA'd the galka to teach him a lesson. SATA meleeing RDMs, too, when you come across one.
 
Saw a Galka BLM melee'ing last night in my boyfriends party on the TV. was the 38-40 range dunno if this was the same guy (because quite honestly you cant read names on PC unless they are standing 2 feet away from you). But either way thats really sad lol go with Neyla and SATA him! That'll teach him real quick. And if not just boot him. Hes a -meleeing- -GALKA- -BLM-. I'm sure his damage output could be made up by an NPC fellow, if not doubled ;D
 
Maybe you people need to just suck up all your egotistical 1337 FFXI skills and let people play the way they want to play. On this topic though I would like to point out that Speakerbox is a douchbag. I wish I took a SS of it but his words were pretty much on the same vibe as the OP. I have 3 level 75 jobs and I'm the shit and everyone should bow down and do what I say.

Ok, as long as said person is soloing, sure, he can play however he wants. But in a party setting, where the majority will always outnumber the one person, he has to do what he's supposed to be doing. Blah blah, it's my $15 a month, but as I'm sure you've heard elsewhere, it's the parties' $75 a month.

Then they can take that $75 and play the way they want to play. Most of the time though they use it to be douchbags.

Meh, most people just want to get the best experience they can. Different people have different goals. Although when in a party, the goal should be obvious, to attain the maximum amount of experience points in the allowed time. That means forcing you to do your job to the best of your ability.

If you are looking for fun and meleeing as a BLM, grab some friends and do it.
