My first party Bhaflau Thickets...(56k Keeel)

Last night i am sittin in Jeuno LFP, when i get a /tell from Kaine. So i join party, and he tells me were gonna camp at Bhaflau Thickets. Whaaaat!?! I thought all the new levels were packed full of mobs that i cant even consider killing till lvl 70+...And off we went...

We all meet back up in Al Zhabi, and then head to the thickets. It was Me (56 PLD), 2 BLU's, 2 RDM's, and a RNG. Odd setup to say the least...On top of the fact that they were all Japaneese (Kaine had a little English...).



Let me tell you, this was the most fun ive had in a party in a looong time. It was soooo exciting to be fighting something that wasnt a Crab. The Colibri had crazy moves that steal your food, and reduce your TP to 0 (Thanks Cythe ^^). Constant chains, not a single near death, and i flowed through nearly 20,000 xp in no time it seemed. I even got 1400 Imperial Standing pts, so i can get a map of one of the new areas ^^.

Sometimes i get really bored with grinding through levels and such, but this made me 10x as excited about this new expansion since i can now level in new zones.

P.S. I ran into Cythe, Swishiee, and Demonknightx, who all seemed to be havin fun jokin around in the thickets also...

That is awesome i can't wait to get a party in the new areas i just got the expansion yesterday and was wondering if there was anywhere to party at for me being a lvl 57 war.

Those areas are fun to level in at that level.

But for the love of god, tell those random noobs to quit killing exp mobs on the way through... hate that, go skill somewhere else, thanks.

Nice to see new areas to lvl, still havent touch'd ToAU o.o;

ToAU really hit the ball out of the park when it comes to new places to XP. Not only with the lvl 75 merit spots but also with the lower level areas as well. aydeewa subterrane has a whole slew of spots to XP in ranging from 60-64 fighting defoliators and a up to 66 on tigers and determites giving a very nice alternative to grinding away at torama and cockatrice. There's also a nice crawler camp up on mount zhayolm looks to be good up to lvl 67 or so, and it's just a short walk from where the escape from halvung drops you, watch out for incenerate tho, fire breathing crawlers can cause some pain. and necro...your avatar = lawl

YEah, I've PTed out there as well Tim - it's fun! One thing that SUCKS though, I got DCed two nights ago mid-party, I log in and I have 3 chigoes beating on my Dailup face. D:

there even alot good places for merit partys. Them beastmen are mean though :shok:
