So, in the time i've been away from this site. I've grown up, a lot. I'm suviving my transplant like a god damn pro.

I've gotten into Auditioning for TV shows. Almost made it onto Master Chef.

Oh, and I'm getting married. I've been with an amazing woman for almost 3 years. She's a Pole Dancer and a Nurse and lets me do all my nerdy ass hobbies.

My back is still broken as fuck, and I have a bit of Bell's Palsy but even with that. I've done things and see things that I never thought possible

Oh, I even have Tattoos and am looking to get Myrrh Tattoo'd on my lower arm to keep her around for all time. I never want to forget about everything this game and its people did for me. I owe my life to you guys :)

What about anyone else who still visits this site?

There was a point where I had it all together. And then it all fell apart. So I put it all back together again.

And then it all fell apart.

Honestly, at this point, I'm still trying to work up the energy to pick myself up again, and having a hell of a hard time with it.

Taken as a whole, the last six years have sucked really, really hard.

Came back to check the site after seeing everyone on the FB group. It was amazing seeing all the pictures from everyone and seeing all the old names. Congrats on getting married, Myrrh and a happy belated 10 year QCDN!

The quick updates hmm... Currently an E6 now and a flight medic for the Army on Active Duty. Was the first ground medic from my state to take part in the Army's brand new flight medic/critical care program. Moved to San Antonio for a year. Graduated as a paramedic and nationally certified flight medic! Army's been keeping me busy but I love my job and unit. Plus, flying on helicopters is pretty cool ;)

Video game wise, been playing FFXIV (on Excalibur) and League of Legends mostly. I picked up violin a few years ago and play a lot of nerdy things to include themes from games lol

Been fun catching up with everyone on FB! I think my favorite quote from memory lane thus far has been, "Having a baby isn't an excuse" bwhahahaha. Take care!

Reya, I got a picture you might like. I'll post it on your Facebook

omg that is such an old picture! XD

Thanks for the memory :) that was a fun con.

On a surreal note, I haven't seen a pic that old of me in awhile. I went through a whole life style change in 2011 and lost close to 50 lbs over a year and a half. When you posted it I was like, damn!

It actually took me a minute or two of looking at the pic to make sure it was you. You changed a lot. In a good way, mind you, but still changed.

Well I've been here.. never left. I guess I always held on to some small hope the the life would be breathed back into this ship.

But you guys know what I've been at. Baby #2 is due in a matter of weeks. Life is making sense and has a clearly defined direction/purpose. That there is some growin'

Glad to know you are doing well Myrrh....had to check this site with all the fb stuff going on...

I've been creeping in here and there. Good XI memories involving QCDN, even if I wasn't on the server for more than Ballista from time to time. Still met some great people. Not too much changing since the olden days. Finished my time in the military (Honorable discharge, of course), went to school, became a licensed medical massage therapist and....yes. Working and playing XIV. The old XI pull is still there, but the old XI doesn't really exist as it did in the golden days of CoP/ToAU.

Wow.. Raes and Reya, you two are still around. I wonder if you remembered me? :)

It's been like almost 10 years since I last played FFXI. Sometimes the memories floods back to me because it was an easy time. Things were simpler then with me just being a University student and all I had to do was study and play.. well, mostly I play. Currently I'm already a Director of Commercial Banking in Malaysia. I'm invovled in a lot of global trade transactions and barely have time to play games *sniff* but I just finished my two weeks mandatory break and today's my last day. Had a notification from QCDN wishing me about my birthday and decided to drop by. I hope you guys are doing well.
