I know this isn't really scientific, being that this is a specific messageboard for a specific game, so the results will be generally skewed, but I've got a little theory I want to test out.

Ever since Star Trek and Star Wars existed, there have been nerd wars over which is the best universe. Recently there's a war over which doctor show is best, House M.D. or Scrubs.

What I've also noticed is that people who prefer House... also prefer Star Trek. People who prefer Scrubs also prefer Star Wars. This is based on 10 or so people I know in real life, so I'm curious if this holds true on a larger scale, so assuming you've seen all 4, post your picks!

I fall into your Scrubs and Star Wars group fo sho.

What about people who like Grey's Anatomy and Babylon 5, man? Your entire methodology is flawed! j/k

Scrubs and Star Wars. I don't see how people can like House =/ The general plot line in all the episodes I've seen is

OMG! No one has had this disease for over Xxx years, we thought it had died out! And now we need to find a cure!

or

OMG! You've got an EXTREMELY rare tropical disease that we thought didn't really exist anymore!

>.> Scrubs is more of a normal hospital environment with some comedic stuff thrown in. Much better imo :P

I'll see you and raise you a St. Elsewhere and Battlestar Galactica.

I call.

ER and Firefly.

I thought about pulling out ER, but I figured the godlike Michael Crichton (and the omnipotent Joss Whedon, for that matter) would be far too much power to handle in this thread.

I concede to the greatness of both series D:

/em folds.

--edit--
Not current ER, I'm talking George Clooney/Anthony Edwards ER. The good ER.

ER probably jumped the shark beforehand but they really, really, really jumped the shark when they had that helicopter crash on top of that dude from Fame. As many times as that ER has been shot up or destroyed you'd think they were in Baghdad instead of Chicago.

Yeah, some of the shit that happens to that hospital is absolutely insane.

I liked the show a looong time ago, but the last few seasons have done nothing for me.

Hmmm I like Scrubs, House, and Star Wars. I don't like Scrubs or House more than the other because I don't really think that they compare other than they are based on hospitals. It really depends on my mood but I find myself watching Scrubs more than House. I don't like Star Trek but I find myself watching and enjoying it occasionally.

Anthony Edwards

I look like him (not in the pic on QCDN though). At one of my old jobs, I'd daily get a comment from customers:

"Oh my god, you look like Dr. Green!"

Kinda kickass, considering I'm Tristam Green. :D

Dougie Howser, MD and Buck Rogers in the 25th Century.

Who's next?

Scrubs and Star Wars. Star Wars only wins because I've never seen Star Trek.

House and Star Trek together sounds like something old people would use to help them fall asleep at night. =\

Scrubs and Star Wars for me. I don't like House and, I sorta don't like Star Trek as much any more. Mainly because of one episode in TNG.
