This is my whole problem with you. Not the spelling or grammer, but the fact that you go into every post and leave totally inaccurate advice. Most of us here know you are wrong. I'm more worried about the innocent newbies that might actually believe your bullshit.


For the record, it takes five RL weeks to get ores from cuttings. Cutting grow to Saplings (~2 weeks), then you plant the saplings to grow ores. (~3 weeks). The rate is definitely NOT 50%. In my experience the rate is somewhere between 15-20%

This is exactly how i feel. Everytime he claims to have 100 CC, I have to laugh a little, but if someone doesn't know about crafting they don't understand how outrageous a claim that is.

I agree with what you say but the whole "lazyness" issue is common to western culture in general. I'm a Canadian and while we love to bitch about Americans being lazy and greedy and all that...we're no better. This whole sense of entitlement we've developed makes most of us feel we're being treated unfairly when it comes to life in general and earning money in particuler. Geneviene is right...everyone needs to get off their ass and work for their gil and stop asking people for hand-outs. I thought the time when random people asked me for gil had long passed but apparently I was wrong...as some newbie demonstrated only this morning. The gil is out there if only you will work for it. Thank you.
 
Things I love..

(and i'm still amused that he defends his gilseller friends as being the "good gilsellers" and opposition to everblacks group, but then his fly's camp with everblacks Large and such.)

People who have a hard time making gil. KS30's, BCNM, teleforgil (if I had any patience at all for it I could clean up on telegil) All great ways to make gil. Gardening and crafting are big investment and at some levels high return but usually gilsinks unless you can reliably HQ in a niche market. If all else fails get your butts through CoP and start farming in the areas that 80%+ of the population avoids like the plague for those high market items that drop like candy. Giant bird plumes I get levelling in lufaise.. 30k ea. lol. Riverne drakes are practically soloable by a nin, bring a thf and sell those 100k wyvern skins.
The leathercrafters and clothcrafters will appreciate you improving the supply.

Go for it, there is such a huge variety of things that are produced through gardening. If ores see like they are gonna take you too much time, grow Taru Taru rice. Some fuckwad always buys the 2 stacks from the cooking guild when it opens and puts them up on the AH for 25k/stack.

Rice grows really quick, maybe 3-4 days, and you can produce more than a stack per pot. Its a great way to subsidize your income. Every 3 days you can produce about 400k in tarutaru rice, maybe more.

I need more rice out there so I can make more sushi for lower prices and in turn use some sushi myself without feeling like a tool for spending 60k on food for a level 30 job. Selfish motives, but it helps alot of other people too.

Lol blazn ive tried to ingnore your insane babling but come on atleast do some research.

Anyway now that I said that;

gardening is a ok way to make money but there the time/ having check your plant atleast think once a day if i remember correctly. As for bcnm/ksnm though are complete luck draws you can got 15 ks 30 run and never get a vclaw you can do the "under oppservation" bcnm <which i truly despise because no one does bc60's anymore> and never get a pcc. With most enterpise in this game it 50% knowing how to make money 40% luck 10% on market / others.
