Is there a way to contact PoL without calling them when your account is down?

The reason i ask this is because right after i enter my credit card info and click ok i get "A system error has occurred" "Please wait a moment and try again"

When i first say this i swore, kicked my computer, then got a slurpee... that was 4 hours ago and i have tried restarting my computer and i still get this message. So is there a way someone can help me or do i need to call pol and ask WTF?

But their number isn't toll free is it? And just from my own knowledge about systems that take credit card information because the company I work for has one, the system generates an error message either 1. Because there is a temporary programming problem or 2. Something's up with your cc (info you are entering is incorrect, expiry date is past, insufficient funds).

Well i checked the info about 100 times so theres no mistake there. I guess its the first problem you said -.- and i wanted to play tonight ; ;

there aint shit you can do.
and with PoL's horrible customer service hours, getting ahold of them is a pain in the ass.
happened to me once, but i was able to get back on after about 2 hours.

maybe if enuf people bitch, they'll open their phones 24/7..instead of this 8 hrs a day, not on weekends bull shit.
if i 'should' have access to this game 24/7, i should have service available 24/7....
