"ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- A 13-year-old girl's sexual shenanigans have put a second man behind bars. Morris Williams, 22, told the judge he thought the girl was 18-years-old, but he found out Tuesday that ignorance is not a defense.

Morris Williams' mother wailed as he went off to jail. The judge asked for media not to show 13-year-old Alisha Dean's face in court, but her pictures are all over her MySpace page and they portray a sexy, 19-year-old divorced woman."

She told me she had just turned 18," Williams said.

Williams said Dean picked him up on the street and after a few conversations they had sex. When he heard she was not 18, he went to her father.

"He was like 'well, she's 13,'" Williams said of a conversation with Dean's father.

Williams said he never did it again, but Dean has done it before with 24-year-old Darwin Mills. Mills was sentenced to five years in prison.

Dean's father wanted Williams to join Mills there.

"One of the reasons for the law is the fact that minors have poor judgment," said Jerry Dean, the girl's father.

Williams' father believes the jail sentence sends the wrong message to Alisha.

"I guess we just sit back and count how many after this," Henry Smith asked after his step-son was sentenced to jail.

Dean's family admits Alisha still stays out late and has yet to delete her misleading MySpace page.

Williams will serve six years probation with the first year in jail. The other five years he will have to wear an ankle monitor. His attorney says he will come back to court to ask again for a shorter sentence."

IMHO this is complete bullshit, especially considering this is the second time this has happened and she's not being punished in the slightest. You would think the court would order her to take down the MySpace page or something at least.
 
Honestly, if a child misleads you, you should be acquitted. It's not like he went out trolling for jailbait. The guy thought he was hooking up with someone of legal age, and thats what he wanted. He's not a fucking pedo.
 
Should neuter the parents for obviously doing nothing to stop their daughter. Especially when they know of their dughters MySpace page and that she has already done it before.
 
That's just sad, those 2 should not be in prison.
Her parents need to shutdown her myspace, wonder how many more she'll "snag" with it.
 
I bet Brian Williams creamed when he read this in the morning paper.
 
The parents should make her take down the myspace page. If not, the guys should request myspace to delete it. This is crazy. Stupid little sluts don't care that they can ruin a guy's life like this.
 
I wonder if it'd be possible for the guys in jail to sue her (or more likely her parents) for this shit. That's just inexcusable on the part of her parents.
 
That highlighted part blow my mind, I would have thought her parents would taken that comp already and sent her ass to boot camp. Yet they seem to admit that its all up to her or something. Sad really ruined that guys life.
 
And the dad wants the guy to goto jail when its obvious his daughter is the one fucking up and that dude was straight up and went and told him. Fucking joke.

Either her MySpace name is spelled differently then her actual name, or her page was taken down.
 
Too little, too late. Should have been removed after the first guy was snagged.
 
Should never have been up at all since she's only 13, but that's what you get when have parents who can't control their hellspawn.

Myspace is probably afraid of being sued and took it down or she took it down after being harassed for being a lying whore.

It was probably MySpace. She doesn't seem to be the type of person who takes others into consideration.

there are a couple problems with all of this...i dont totally believe that the guy was 100% ignorant as to her age. i could and may be wrong though.

but the biggest part of all of this is the girl is an obvious "repeat offender" type of kid. it seems she is out to put people in jail for fun. shes old enough to know about sex. the fact she might have sexy photos on her page tells us this. she knows exactly what shes doing then calls for help when it actually does happen.

number 2 of the problem is the parents. this shouldnt have even had one person in jail to begin with. parents of todays world are too lazy to monitor their kids. the fact that the father wanted both guys to be in jail is such BS. maybe he should look back on his faults as to allowing her behaviour to continue let alone be like that to begin with.

Her page originally said 19. Either she, her parents, their lawyer, or MySpace must have changed it.
