one other thing casue i guess i have to prove this. pre-deflation when all items were jacked beyond farming i had 12M which payed for full blessed set. during this same period i paid 8M for cursed crown and cursed slacks. 12+8=20M. Scorp Harness 6M. 26M Nobles at the time i got it 7-8M and also from KS drops i made 5M+what i farmed which was 3M. all together lets add this up 12+8+6+7+5+3= 41M+ 2.1 for Cursed items = 43.1M worth of gear. since i HAD to but w/e attack me all you want does not really matter.

If you know this person in real life, kick their ass. If you can't do it, get someone to do it for you. Having someone do it for you is best bet, that way when he calls cops on you, you can say without a lie that you didn't do it. Then its left for someone to "prove" you did have a hand in it. But how are they going to find that out unless you tell people or the guy that did it just decides to get up and rat on you and himself at same time. If you feel the need to gloat, visit that ex-friend and let them know you had it done to them and why. If the person who did it to you is MysticWarrior I'd love to have their RL info. I had a run in with them I didn't like. I was sitting in Jeuno by AH and I get this tell. "Will you do me a favor"...im like...who are you. Blah blah blah then can you price check somethign for me...I did it. The I get asked "can you buy it and send it to me, I will send you gil." I say OK and run to mog. I wait there for 5 mins then ask if hes sending gil, he says yes after i send items...I told him I wasnt buying items with my gil..he had to send first. Needless to say I backed out of it very quickly seeing he was trying to scam me. I then get tells cussing me out n such..../blist add mystciwarrior
I won't ever forget that encounter, was the stupidest person I had ever ran into trying to scam me. The kicker was him getting pissed he didnt get his way.

Like I said, I would love a real name, address...whatever u have on him. Let his anonymity be stripped awaiting the next person he screws over. Maybe that person will have more balls than you and do something about it. I mean dude, go flatten his entire families tires or something. TP his house!!!! Spread rumor of him having a STD. Cut his cable wire weekly at side of house. If he has wireless, use his internet connection to do bad stuff. Hack his puter to get his passwords then empty his account, let him know what it feels like. REVENGE, not this flameboard.

Takes up to a week or more at times to get a cable guy to repair your lines if you do not have VOIP (voice over IP) on your account. I used to work for Comcast, almost any repair call was a week old before given to techs. 2 things that speed up process is having Phone through cable and HSD (cable internet). So each time you cut that wire (make sure to take a foot or so of cable off of line) it boots him offline for almost a week and there is not a single damn thing he can do to stop it. The wires for cable are exposed on side of house (sometimes in back of house).

I was thinking more on this, you might be able to legally sue him. But can you sue for something that doesn't legally totally belong to you (virtual items) is what I do not know. That will be your biggest hurdle I think.

RMT has placed a dollar amount on any item you can find in the game. With a dollar amount on something, that gives it worth. That gives you a good shot at a court case.

You might have to get creative in how you look at it. Example..someone breaks into your house and steals all your drugs. Its not like you can call the cops for him stealing your illegal drugs but he can get in trouble for breaking into the house. Get my point? Im sure you can find something illegal he did if you look hard enough. Just depends on how much it means to you.

I would love to see something like this go to court and win. It would make people act more like people rather than they how they act with anonymity. It would be a landmark court case in a way. Would open the door for so many other cases. Maybe down the line making RMT liable for their actions too.

On a side note, one of mystics posts sounded VERY threatening. Wouldn't it be funny to get a PPO on him and him not allowed to be anywhere near you. You see him eating at a restaurant, go there too and make him leave. If he doesn't leave, call cops and they will arrest him. You can serve up to 90 days in jail and a fine for not following a PPO. You also have to turn in ALL firearms you own, are not allowed to purchase a gun during extent of order. There are other things a PPO will effect in his life and are very easy to get. You don't need any evidence to get one, I know from having them against me. May I also add it stays on your record, mine still shows up on background checks but it isnt active anymore. I know it made me not pass the FBI's instant background check for a one of the guns I have bought. I had to wait days for the background test to pass me when it should have been right there on the spot.

Also I would consider Chaos in on it if he hasn't done anything to help fix the situation. He has the ability to make this problem disappear...but doesn't. Heck he was prolly there when it was being done. Sounds to me like he supports what his fuckhead brother did...both losers in my book.

Most lawyers give a free consultation...ask them what they think your possibilities are. Won't hurt.

ffxiah.com only tracks the *Jeuno* AH.

Factor in a fairly safe assumption that crafting mules tend to be level 1 and never leave the city where they start (which has the appropriate guild for the craft), and you come to the conclusion that *most* (not all, but most) crafting mules will not have any history on ffxiah.com.

A Jeuno mule, or the associated main, who buys stuff on the Jeuno AH and sends it to the crafting mule, yeah you'll find history for them. But crafting mules themselves rarely actually go to Jeuno.
