Lmao it doesn't sound like you need anymore "negative shit", you have done mighty well by yourself on that issue. That was me you referred to in your post. Your memory needs to be improved though. Why do you want everyone knowing your a loser? Aren't you happy with just your family/friends knowing? Nothing can give the right to do what you did, you can justify all you want that you had the right...but your only robbing yourself of the truth too. Do the right thing, give his shit back and both of you say sorry to each other and stop being stupid little kids. The saying "act your age not your IQ" really has a ring of truth here.

On a side note, Zaus, if you do decide to make something legal out of this then send me a PM. I can help point you to the right people in taking legal action. Might even be able to find a pro-bono (free) lawyer so all it would cost you is the Small Claims court fees ($30 around my end of the world).

You stole at least $1014.34, the amount of RL money it would take to buy 15 mil gil according to IGE. I know that some crimes are upgraded to felonies after a certain dollar amount...usually $1000. Not to mention the fact that it was done with a computer (Federal Crime). FRAUD is also a crime, which you also did. I am sure the authorities could find other laws you broke. Now the only thing stopping the authorities from coming after you is the person you stole from. All he has to do is start notifying certain law officials and there is a great possibility the stone will start rolling. Im sure there prosecutor would love to land a favorable judgement in a case like this on (virtual ownings) at the cost of your freedom. Lets say the law does come after you, you will AT LEAST get probation. Do you know how much probations costs you a month? Or any of the other BS that goes along with it. On top of that you will be fined for multiple things. Then on top of that it directly opens a case to where you can be sued for the whole amount you took, any trouble it costed him, lawyers fees (both yours and his), and court costs. Is this what you really want from all of this? You get fraud on your record, you can kiss a whole bunch of jobs from your want list...it will follow you till the day you die. IMHO you don't want this crap, give the stuff back and make amends. You lose all the way if you keep stuff, but gain a lot if you give it back.

You sent me a link to your FFXIplayers while in Arcanegarden. you posted it in their forums. When searching Paliki the same picture was posted along with the quote "Lol you fucktards i am suwa." again No pics or it didnt happen, i am checking on ffxiplayers.com. It as there along with the Fake female picture that mysticwarrior put on there to trick men in thinking that he was a she. Mysticwarrior is a 100% gender changer and someone who wouldnt think twice about stealing something from someone, people like this are worse than events that vang did to rise.

I was thinking more on this, you might be able to legally sue him. But can you sue for something that doesn't legally totally belong to you (virtual items) is what I do not know. That will be your biggest hurdle I think.

RMT has placed a dollar amount on any item you can find in the game. With a dollar amount on something, that gives it worth. That gives you a good shot at a court case.

You might have to get creative in how you look at it. Example..someone breaks into your house and steals all your drugs. Its not like you can call the cops for him stealing your illegal drugs but he can get in trouble for breaking into the house. Get my point? Im sure you can find something illegal he did if you look hard enough. Just depends on how much it means to you.

I would love to see something like this go to court and win. It would make people act more like people rather than they how they act with anonymity. It would be a landmark court case in a way. Would open the door for so many other cases. Maybe down the line making RMT liable for their actions too.

On a side note, one of mystics posts sounded VERY threatening. Wouldn't it be funny to get a PPO on him and him not allowed to be anywhere near you. You see him eating at a restaurant, go there too and make him leave. If he doesn't leave, call cops and they will arrest him. You can serve up to 90 days in jail and a fine for not following a PPO. You also have to turn in ALL firearms you own, are not allowed to purchase a gun during extent of order. There are other things a PPO will effect in his life and are very easy to get. You don't need any evidence to get one, I know from having them against me. May I also add it stays on your record, mine still shows up on background checks but it isnt active anymore. I know it made me not pass the FBI's instant background check for a one of the guns I have bought. I had to wait days for the background test to pass me when it should have been right there on the spot.

Also I would consider Chaos in on it if he hasn't done anything to help fix the situation. He has the ability to make this problem disappear...but doesn't. Heck he was prolly there when it was being done. Sounds to me like he supports what his fuckhead brother did...both losers in my book.

Most lawyers give a free consultation...ask them what they think your possibilities are. Won't hurt.
