So very nice to meet you all.
Hmm, to start, I used to play when it first came out for about a year and a half. Then stopped and came back for another year. Then stopped and am now back again for about 4 months now. I finally beat the BLU G5, which took 2 months in itself, because farming gil to buy the items necessary for it was difficult, and farming BLU Testimonies was even worse! Let lone that I lost the fight 6 times before winning on the 7th.
But Now that I am 75, and many many merits in. I plan to work on my Denali set, with ACP chest (+10ACC, +3%crit).

I hope to meet many people, and make lots of friends, because FFXI has the kindest community out of most MMO's. *bonks head* I play allot of MMO's.... allot...

How does one find the time for multiple MMO's? When I played XI there weren't enough hours in the day for me to do all the things I wanted to do and still have time to eat and poop. XI consumed my life for over 2 1/2 years, and I still didn't get to do everything I wanted.
 
Well Excalibur, sadly I am not as fortunate as you. I am actually looking for something to do in it to consume all my time. But am slowly drifting away, due to the fact that, other than leveling, there is not much to do. ; ;
 
I have played many MMO's in hopes that one will have some sort of unending content. But sadly they all come down to the same, level to max level, then high end for gear that you only use for high end. And now that I am 75, the only thing left to do is high end. Which is what I enjoy doing, other than helping LS buddies, or leveling my SCH. If anyone needs a 75 BLU for anything, and am not busy, I am more than happy to assist you, lah~

Other than that, I am currently working on, ACP mission 11 (stellar fulcrum battle), CoP mission 5-1, ZM 4, Windurst rank 7, and AUM12. Incase anyone else would like to join me for those.

It was very nice to meet you all, and I hope I can continue to meet more kind people such as yourselves.

That's what I love though. Making my character stronger and stronger, and once you hit 75 that means better gear. What I loved about XI were the merits, cause they were just another way of making you better after 75.

I only ever leveled monk to 75, and I could have easily spent another 2 years on gear and merits with that job. Don't get me wrong, my gear was pretty sick because I devoted ALOT of time to making gil, but I was missing a few r/ex(mostly sky) pieces that I wanted(I had full AF2 too, I was pretty proud of that back then). Some just for my chakra, or chi blast, but I still wanted em cause I wanted my shit to be as good as it can be. And in XI, that pretty much is an unending thing.

That is what I am currently working on, is full meriting my BLU. And I love it, I am getting points very quickly as I have met very many people in Merit Parties who enjoy bringing me along. I do need to work on getting my high end gear complete. I have some very very good pieces, but no mirage or homam, or even denali yet. Though I am working on the ACP chestpiece, which will make a very valuable upgrade for my BLU's setup.

lol....I have no idea what any of that shit even is. I vaguely remember homam, but I don't think it's anything my mnk could use.

I've been away far too long.

I just failed my 4th BLU G5. And Im giving up and going to do the DNC one >ヘ<. Its almost 100k for each try and im running low on gil. Welcome to qcdn! Im new too hehe
