Naruto Thread V3.0

Hmm, Well there is Sakura's love for Sasuke. I mean that is pretty much what her character had/has to wrestle with when he left and then went bad. They brought that up numerous times. Sure, Sasuke has yet to show any hint of affection back toward her since he's always been obsessed with one thing or another, but yeah. Sakura's feelings were all jumbled. It basically took Naruto to tell her to stop being a fake bitch (in a matter of speaking), that finally set her head a bit more straight on her shoulders.

I am glad they are going forward with the Hinata love interest as it makes the most sense, and dammit, Naruto deserves some female lovins for being so badass.
 
Guess there was no manga or anime this week. S'pose New Years might have had something to do with that. Le Sigh.

I don't like it when I don't get my weekly fix of Naruto.
 
Ah, I missed 615 anyways last week :P was a fun chapter, but it'll be nice if there was, for once, real development with the romance.
 
WTF. Where is my Naruto? I want it now dammit!

Usually I'd come home from my old job hours earlier than right now and It'd be up everyday, pretty much, before I even got home.

I want it, I wanna read it. Dammit. Dammit, I gotta go to sleep now. Grrr.. *grumbles and logs off, goes to bed*

Okay, I'm happy now. At least sated until next week. Watched the new and last episode of the "Power" filler today and it was good. Really, the whole filler could have been a solid Naruto Shippuden movie given the quality of the product. It was great, but at least now we're back to the war and the preview for next week looks promising. They are finally at the part where Naruto is about to start appearing all over the battlefield.
 
Okay, Apparently I forgot where the hell Orochimaru came from again. I don't remember him being alive again. I guess it's been that long since the last time we saw Sasuke, but I thought the last thing we saw him (Sasuke) do was defeat Kabuto?

And Rips, guess your info was wrong. It's Jan 16th today. :D

I don't care what the haters say, Naruto might have some downs, but it's still a good series with some real depth and meaning and real progression :P this chapter was well done I think.
 
There are haters? Well let them hate. Naruto is really shaping up awesomely.

This is turning into one of those "They're still on Namek?" situations with how slow the plot is developing.

I liked the chapter though.

One of those choreographic chapters with tiny little details during a fight.

I don't like that Madara looks all surprised though. Out of character.

I thought it was awesome, as evident by my previous comment.

Why wouldn't Madara be surprised? I doubt he ever expected there to be someone like Naruto in existence.

Doesn't nobody care that Rock Motherfuckin' Lee just kicked him in HALF? I mean, I know it's fairly futile considering the reanimation jutsu, but I think this is some of the heaviest damage he's really taken since his rebirt.
 
Good point. But that's what happens when you piss of the best Taijutsu user of all who's also souped up on Kyuubi power. Like seriously, that panel is just awesome. You know, I'm gonna save it, crop it and make it my new FB page background.
