Looks like an early release? Lots of talking going on here, with some minor flashbacks to Obito and Rin moments.

I like it. But then I've been liking it. Kishi would have to screw something up pretty royally for me to not like it at this point.

I like the core of the plot, I don't like the incomprehensible power level scaling that surrounds it.
 
At least the power level was set up ages passed so it's not like we couldn't see someone coming up to that Sages of Six Path level eventually.

It's the Naruto effect. He's kind of done that with nearly every "bad guy" and has.. mostly worked. (Because he's kind of the main character.)

Nothing happened. I guess this chapter is supposed to be moral support for all the 12 year old boys this manga was written for.
 
LOL Tymon. Yeah there was a lot of talking but nothing really happened. Except Naruto is apparently trying to make the largest rasengan he's ever made and we learned that, SURPRISE!, Sasuke is still a douchbag.

Rofl.. but now he's not immortal? >.>; Besides.. shouldn't his power well.. no I guess if he now has the Juubi's power.. Yeah.. okay. I'd say everyone's kinda fucked. I mean, without the Juubi power he could kill all of the living Kage and not even break a sweat, so to speak and was on equal footing with The First. Wouldn't this make him the strongest shinobi in existence now?

I actually did not expect him to close his eyes. Not sure what's going to happen. He's throwing out terms about Sharingan types and shit that has never been mentioned in the manga ever.

Just pulling plot out of nowhere.

And for whatever reason, his Rinnegan has been disabled and needs to recover? Are we really about to get more backstory and hidden lore on the Sharinnegan again? -.-

So...Madara can use the statue to not only capture all the tailed beasts, but to also separate them from their Jinchuriki?

Didn't it take Tobito an exceedingly long time just to extract Shukaku from Gara? Not to mention the fact that Tobito couldn't capture them in such a way as well? I suppose this is all explained by "Hashirama cells" like everything else ... but c'mon...
 
Well he is Madara after all. They've never really shown or explained in anyway what abilities and jutsu's he was capable. And from what we know he lived a very long time before he passed away. That's a lot of knowledge and secrets he had time to learn but maybe not utilize due to his ailing health/age. Now that he's back, alive, and in essentially the prime of his youth I am sure he's quite capable of many things. Things even he couldn't do before when he lived.

So, yeah. Perhaps he only told Obito of one way of utilizing the statue, and well.. quite obviously the damn thing can do a lot more than we originally thought way back at the time Shukaku was being separated from Gaara.

He's old, so he has the power of everyone in the series combined. After all, back when he and Hashirama were alive, they destroyed planets on whims. Don't ya remember that from the early stor-- oh wait.
