That had like nothing to do with anything that went on in this chapter. lol
Some of the panels were confusing to read though, and seemed a little jumbled, like this was really drawn/written quickly.
 
It didn't because the series right now is in a cycle where nothing happens for 2-3 chapters then there's a huge reveal. They cliffhangered the end of this one with something that will be revealed next chapter, so there isn't anything significant to speak about yet.
 
Didn't Naruto get his bijuu pulled in the end of that one? :o
 
That's what it eludes to. But stops short of actually showing you the follow through.. so yah.. yay 2 week cliffhanger..

We'll see what happens this week, I hope.

Well, I didn't see that end part coming. Kind of seemed rather random.

And it wasn't that they didn't have infinite chakra, it's that those spike things were in points of their bodies that prevented them from molding chakra.

I'm very appreciative of Sakura being genuinely useful again and doing something that is actually very touching. On that note, I think this "THEY ARE DYING!" thing may drag out for a few chapters too many.

And even when they get revived, Sage of the Six Paths Madara...can't really be trumped? I mean, we've already seen the Susanoo-Armored Nine Tailed Demon Fox Cloaked Sage Mode Naruto. What's really left?
 
Sasuke and Naruto's spirits must fuse into one being! Thus the yin and yang create the Ultimate True Sage of the Sixth Paths, which duh.. is totally super more powerful than Super Say- er.. Sage Madara.

I will facepalm so hard if something like that actually happens.

Yeah I felt like in 664 it was kind of a slow chapter where you could kind of see where it was going so it wasn't too surprising when the other half of the Kyuubi chakra was stolen, although that whole segment when Black Zetsu.. does.... whatever it is he does to steal it, kinda didn't make a lot of sense to me the way it was drawn.

I am kind of interested to see if Obito can really do anything to Madara.
 
Also of note that Madara was Edo Tensei summoned in November of 2011, making this single fight almost three years long.

Fuck you Kishimoto.
