Need a .gif animating program

Anyone have a good one for making a small animated .gif? I would be very happy if you can help me out. :)
 
LOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Flash perhaps, or MAYBE JUUUUUST MAYBE photshop? sory for the lol
 
you can usually google that sorta thing, miro... although it depends on what you're REALLY trying to do. make sure whatever you end up finding/using let's you save without the "FREE TRIAL" tag on it or something

Adobe Image Read is the best gif animator i have ever seen. If you have Photoshop installed, chances are you'll see Adobe Image Ready, listed under the start menu > All Programs.

Image ready has very good dithering properties, and it gives us the option to time each frame without effecting the file size of the gif itself.

Out of curiosity what do you want made ?
 
Flash CS3 is the easiest in my opinion.
