Need help installing

So i got me a new xbox and i decided to try install my game onto it. When i do it always seem to give me a error code "107:dat/rom" or something like that. It gets very annoying when I just want to have a back up system in case my ps2 craps out again.

o,o so how can i get it to work with xbox? Ive tried several times now.
 
I think you have to uninstall and reinstall. I'm guessing you got a 360 Arcade and transplanted your old hard drive? I got my 360 back from RROD repair and PlayOnline wouldn't even boot at first.

Go to your system settings, choose memory, highlight your hard drive, and press X, X, L1, R1, X, X. It'll ask you if you want to perform "maintenance" on your hard drive (clears the HD cache and wipes out any game updates that have been done). That'll allow PlayOnline to boot, but you'll still have to reinstall FFXI because if you don't it'll fail to load.

something like what tag did, he was eerily right on how i got a new xbox and stuck my old card onto it >.>;; then again i didn't watch.
