need help on logging in

[greentornado]

Hi

I recently had to reinstall my copy of FFXI.

Before the reinstall when I clicked on the FFXI desktop shortcut I would go directly to the main playonline screen without having to enter a password.

Now after I have to enter a password what can I do to change it back to the way it was.

I already have checked the box for autologin on one of the screens.

thanks in advance

Make sure that your password is saved under your account settings.

[greentornado]

did that already too

Its been a while, but if I remember correctly...

After reinstalling playonline you should have to retype your password and user ID and such before you can auto-login again. But after retyping them once and checking the box (or whatever it is that enables auto-login) you should be good to go.

But like I said, its been a while, please don't shoot me for trying.
