Need some Avatar help

[Mohoso]

I host the image I want to put up as my avatar but I can't resize it for the boards.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thank You,

Mo..

The file size is too large? Or it's too wide in pixels? I could fix it on both parts for ya if you like.
