Need something fun to buy..

[Liefe]

I've had my PS3 for almost a year now but I haven't really found anything in the past ~6 that really has gotten my interest (last thing that I purchased that I really liked was Rainbow Six). I don't have much game time so I was wondering if anyone has some recommendations? I'm kinda curious about Jericho..

[Makelith]

Jericho? Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha *breathe* hahahahahaha, etc etc etc. Seriously. Don't get it. You will be sorry.

Have you tried Uncharted/R&C/Heavenly Sword?

Or just randomly download a game that you think looks sorta cool. Some of the best finds are ones that are found completely by accident.

I felt like this for a little while...

Then I bought a gf.

Now my time is cramped, I travel the city and country, I battle loud and obnoxious people at the theater, go to college to level up my crafts, try to solo my job and my money constantly disappears.

Its almost like being subscribed to an MMORPG!

I am joking to you, btw. I cannot give you a relevant post... I am sorry, lol

I loved Jericho, so you could do worse.

But Uncharted is better

[Kurgon]

Pixel Junk Monsters... It will siphon hours from your life and you won't even care. You might be a little frustrated, but in a good way.

If you liked Rainbow 6 then go with Uncharted. COD4 is also a great choice. There are plenty of demos in the store to check out. For example try the Ratchet Demo and you can try the Jericho demo too.

Ill have to agree. Ive not played CoD4 on PS3, but have on 360, and if anything, its either the same or better. It was great, should give it a run

i got warhawk at release and i still play it pretty often
the game is too damn crazy lol

[Liefe]

I tried the uncharted demo. It really wasn't interesting to me. I don't think I could justify paying 60 bucks for something that I really didn't like trying out.

I want something kinda dark and scary..need some good horror games. ;/

I love that game.

It took me a little while to get into Uncharted, but by the time I finished it, it had become one of the best games I had played in a long time. Everything about it was really well done.

[Elemmire]

not to mention it has a "horror" aspect later in the game hehe

[Firestreak]

Other than the Resident Evil 4 port onto the Wii, Uncharted is as close as it comes to horror genre on any of the next gen systems. If you liked the Rainbow 6 gameplay, you'll like Uncharted as it's got the same core game play aspects with platforming added in. The demo level isn't really the best, however it does showcase how the platforming and gunplay are tied together throughout the game.

i just played through Rachet and Clank future: tools of destruction and im on my second time through on hard mode, lots of unlockables, you can buy elite versions of the lvl 5 weapons youve unlocked and it's harder, plus there are new costumes and armors you can buy for like 20,000,000 bolts a piece so its worth playing through again, plus skill points and stuff like that, its a fun game and the graphics are amazing as well

i would recommend it
