You come for advice and then you shoot people down for giving it to you.
I'm not out to shot anyone down. I just think calling the police to seize the neighbors pet with the intent to have it put to sleep is a bad idea.

Don't do anything then, let the bitch pour shit in your yard. Giardia is also known as 'Beaver Fever' (yeah yeah, get the laughs in) and is commonly spread by WATER, as well as oral-fecal transmission. Snow, last time I checked, was water. IF INFACT she was dumping while you had snow it is perfectly plausible that it spread, especially during the melting season where the snow turns into.... WATER. Dormant cysts (thats what they multiply into) can survive for weeks and up to months in cold water.
When she attacked my lawn, the snow was all melted, and when i cleaned it up, there were no further traces of kitty litter or cat shit anywhere else in my small yard. I'm under the impression this is her first time pouring kitty litter in my yard. I'd be dumbfounded if she did it again. What most plausible to me is what I see with my own eyes. As much as I'd like to, I can't blame the neighbor for the dog getting sick.

If you even THINK that the puppy might have contracted this virus from the establishment he was purchased from, ALERT them. Be responsible instead of coming and whining here just so people will listen to you.
I won't lie and say i alerted the pet shop. And yeah i do THINK the puppy MIGHT have got the virus from the pet shop as opposed to my neighbor dumping a bag of used kitty litter on my lawn, because I'm sure she did it that one time, and by this time the dog was already better.

That kennel would need to disinfect with bleach and use a shampoo treatment on the lawn it uses unless you bought it from a plastic cell at a pet shop (in which case they'd have to clean the entire thing out, but thats more their problem than yours). To let you know, however, Giardia doesn't cause blood in the stool normally. Hopefully your roomie has taken them to the vet already so this is a non-issue, but if theres an abbrasion in the intestinal tract and blood can get out, what do you think can get into the blood stream? Toxemia in animals is not something you want to witness.
I covered all this already in the Dog thread which is the true topic for what your saying to me. For the record, only Sallimut was infected, and yes the Dog has been to the vet and had samples taken, that is how we knew it was giardia in the first place.
If the pet store has infected animals, I'm positive they know about it and are taking action.

Lastly, you cannot accuse someone of something when they've already admitted to it. Last time I checked, a healthy form of pet-interaction was not shoving a puppy down a flight of stairs. It would probably be more along the lines of the mile and a half walk I took my dog on yesterday. I'm glad you felt bad, you should feel bad.
First i did not SHOVE the dog down the stairs. I pushed it and it unexpectedly fell down like it did. When i wrote about it, i never had anyone to tell me to confess or admit to any faults. I did that on my own. I wrote how i felt about it so what reason is there for you dwell on it ? Am i some kind of villain for making a mistake and facing it like a man now ?

Also, I'm sorry that you're insulted I don't care if the catshit on your lawn disgusts you. I'm more worried about the animals than you.
I'm not insulted at all. I'm marveled how you keep using the dogs that live in MY HOME as a means to smack me around.
Like i always do, I speak truth. I do scold the dogs when they need to be scolded, but that doesn't mean I'm terrible to them. Sure there are days i want to kill them. But that doesn't mean I'm some kind of animal abuser.
