I think its from one of the Robo-Cop movies. Maybe the one with the 13 year old drug lord... yes, a 13 year old drug lord.
Um, ok first off Yoda would never be defeated by Neo. Second, yes that is Cain from the second robocop movie, you know the guy addicted to drugs and they put his brain into the "new" robocop but he didn't forget who he was and was still addicted to "nuke". Man that was a horrible movie.
