Not sure how they could possibly improve Call Beast unless they allow Jugpets to break L75 or raise the cap on ones capped at 60ish. And the idea of jugpets being over L75 would be broken, as much as I hate to admit it.

Now, i never have participated or know much about poping HNMs in sea, but from this it looks like the drop rates will increase if certain requirements have been met. Don't know if this is already known or not. It makes since, beeing that you have to have certain vertuous stones or whatever to properly defeat AV. I could be totally wrong.
